Is in need of the ff:

Needs to fill up the following positions:                                 

DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER

·         Mechanical / Civil Engineer.

·         With 5 years minimum experience in Aluminum/Glass Curtain Wall Design

·         Able to read and understand the contract specification documents and contracts drawings.

·         Ability to interact with Marketing Department to understand customers’ technical and engineering requirements.

·         Must be able to provide design concept.

DESIGN TEAM LEADER

·         Experience: 3 to 7 years

·         Educational: Bachelor Degree/

·         Graduate Degree in Engineering/Architecture

Role:

• To set up Curtain walling in accordance with

·         Architectural concept dwgs.,/contract specs. & BOQ.

·         Leadership & manage team members in

·         Professional level, allocate works, give

·         guidelines and maintain quality.

·         To issue/submit drawings as schedule.

·         To review and check shop/fabrication drawings.

SENIOR DESIGNERS

·         5 years min. experience in the Design of Aluminum / Glass Curtain wall.

·         Must be a Mechanical or Civil Engineer

·         Knowledgeable in Cad operations,2D and 3D.

·         To work w/ all member of the team on timely submittal of shop/fabrication drawings.

CAD OPERATORS 

·         Proficient in Cad operations, 2D and 3D.

·         With work experience in the following:

·         Aluminum Curtain Wall Shop Drawings. Stainless Industries Internal fit-outs detailing.

·         Engineering or Architectural Graduates.

SR. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

·         Must have excellent Structural Engineering judgment or intuition thru theories & experience.

·         Bachelor of Science in Civil /Structural Engineering with 5 years experience in façade or Steel Structures.  

·         or  Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering w/ at least 2 yrs. experience in façade or Steel structures.

·         Knowledge in value/cost engineering is an advantage.

·         Working knowledge in STAAD & other calculation software w/ background in FEA software applications.

·         Knowledge in European Standards (BS/Eurocode) and US Standards (ASTM) ASCE, etc.

JR.STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

·         Bachelor of Science in Civi/Structural  Engineering.

·         Strong skills in engineering mechanics & Strength of materials.

·         Knowledge in Staad.Pro and Mathcad is an advantage.

·         Experience in construction & Structural manufacturing is an advantage.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

·         Handles the entire document control of hard

·         & soft copies, according to ISO 9001: 2000   

·         Printing, distribution, filing.

·         Prepares status reports, submittals and audits.

·         High level Excel proficiency is a must.

·         Familiar with AutoCAD.
